Serhii Morhunov: Thanks to Cooperation with the Partner City of Münster, Two VDL Citea Buses Have Been Added to the Fleet of Vinnytsia Transport Company

"Since the beginning of the great war, we have especially felt this support. Our children were able to improve their health in the German city. In the event of attacks on the energy infrastructure and power outages, Münster sent us generators, mobile kitchens, and food," said Serhii Morhunov.
A year ago, in March, the Vinnytsia delegation paid an official visit to Münster, where they signed an official partnership agreement. They also discussed further cooperation and support.
"Today, we are also discussing cooperation in the field of medicine so that our doctors can train and exchange experience with their European colleagues," the mayor adds.
The buses joined the fleet of Vinnytsia Transport Company in early March. The bus is 12 meters long. It has a low floor, a folding ramp and a place for a passenger in a wheelchair. The total number of seats is 80.
"The brand of the buses is VDL CITEA LLE 120. They came off the assembly line in the Netherlands. They are used, in good condition, and meet the EURO-5 environmental standard. The buses have been customs cleared, certified and meet all the norms and requirements of Ukrainian legislation," says Andrii Sorokin, director of the Department of Transport and Urban Mobility at Vinnytsia City Council.
Before the buses are put on the road, they will also be equipped with validators for cashless fare payment and a passenger information system.
